A Talk on Health Reform and the Federal Budget
Here is a paper given at Wake Forest last semester by Barry Clendenin, a fellow who has worked on health issues in the White House Budget Office for over 20 years, and also happens to be a graduate of Wake Forest. It provides a good discussion of how health reform in its expected general form (as opposed to its final detailed form, which we do not know yet) will alter the accounting and politics surrounding the Federal Budget.
